Outcider Festival, the alternative music and cider gathering held at Fernhill Farm just outside Bristol, returns for its 7th consecutive year from 31st July – 2nd August 2020. The much-loved 3 day event boasts an eclectic line-up of nationally known acts, emerging artists and local talent in the idyllic surroundings of a working Mendip farm. The 500 capacity festival has gained a loyal following of festival goers from within the West Country and beyond and has sold out in previous years.
Organisers Fuelled By Cider have announced another great line-up with Ferocious Dog headlining the Saturday night. The folk-punk heavyweights will come to Somerset fresh from a major UK tour and dates with festival legends The Levellers. They’ll be joined by a host of other great names including Holy Moly & The Crackers, The Bar Stool Preachers, Black Water County, Vic Ruggiero (The Slackers) and Freeborn Brothers, with festival favourites Skimmity Hitchers bringing the Sunday night to a close in the traditional, cider-fuelled manner. Other 
eccentric attractions include ciderobics, punk rock karaoke, outdoor skittles and Ladies Day on the Sunday, with an emphasis on fun and community at its heart.
Festival organiser Kev Davis said: “It’s an absolute privilege to bring Outcider Festival back to Fernhill Farm for another year. We honestly don’t think there’s a friendlier and more fun small festival in the West Country, and we look forward to seeing faces old and new at the end of July.”
Alongside the two alternating stages of live music Outcider also boasts a camp fire, lush camping field and locally sourced food. As you might expect a large range of West Country ciders feature at the bar, which also serves ales, lager, wine and spirits.
Tickets are already selling well at www.outciderfestival.com and can be purchased as weekend or day tickets. Please note that this is an over 18s event and no dogs or glass are allowed on site. Tent camping is free and live-in vehicles are welcome for a small surcharge.
