A Murder is Announced by Agatha Christie An announcement in the local paper states the the time and place when a murder will take place. The venue is Miss Blacklock’s Victorian house. The victim is not one of the house’s several occupants but an unknown visitor What follows is a classic Christie puzzle of mixed motives. concealed identities asecond death a determined Inspector following the twists and turns of plot and then Miss Marple appears to unravel all the clues and provide the final solution but not before her life is threatened.
