THE SUNDAY STROLL

Every Sunday
An all-ability ramble, taking in different parts of our stunning 90-acres site.
Meet in the Quad at 10am for this free and social stroll.

YORKSHIRE PUDDING DAY

Sunday 5 February
Celebrate this delicious day with a hearty meal served in a huge Yorkshire Pudding. Expect best butcher’s pork sausages (or vegetarian alternative), veg, mash and mouth-watering onion gravy. Flat caps welcome!

Our Spring Half Term Treasure Hunt! Some weird and wonderful creatures have escaped – can you find all of our missing “Hannamals” to win a sweet treat?

THE ST. VALENTINE’S DAY MASSACRE MURDER MYSTERY

Friday 17 February
A comedy murder mystery evening set in the prohibition era (don’t worry, the Speakeasy will be open…) with a gangster and molls theme. Fancy dress very welcome.

PANCAKE DAY

To celebrate Pancake Day, we are setting up a special Pancake Bar in the Bistro, where you can add your own toppings to create your own sweet creations. Available from lunchtime, right up until after school.

WORLD ROCKS AGAINST DEMENTIA

Saturday 18 March
WRAD 2017 is a whole afternoon and evening of entertainment supporting dementia awareness and featuring craft stalls, advice and support and live music from artists including Lionstar, Sandy Sparkle, The Reggaskas, Belle Voci, Rosie De Lure, UK Meltones and the Plymouth Military Wives Choir performing their charity single “Within my Mind.” Celebrity guest Anne Nolan of the Nolan Sisters will be launching proceedings, while there will also be a fully licensed bar and food available.

Stalls open from 12.30pm with entertainment starting from 2pm till midnight. Tickets £10 (via Eventbright.co.uk). Children under 12 FREE.

THE UNCOMMON PLAYERS PRESENT ENDGAME BY SAMUEL BECKETT

Friday 24 March
Beckett’s masterpiece of absurdity in the face of meaninglessness, sorrow in the face of futility, humour in the face of mortality. The show combines dramatic metaphor with elements of absurdism to convey how society devalues and dismisses the older generation.

MOTHER’S DAY

Sunday 26 March
Show Mum how special she is by treating her to a delicious lunch from our special set menu, in the charming surroundings of our Bistro. Three courses, followed by coffee for just £17.50 per person. Children’s menu also available.

HANNAHS COMEDY CLUB

Friday 31 March
Tonight the biggest comedy night in the region, stars Norman Lovett, who played Holly in Red Dwarf. He’ll be joined by three other brilliant comedians from the pro-circuit. Pre Show Bistro Offer and cheap accommodation available.
